Texas has state program approval. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) administers the state’s Petroleum Storage Tanks (PSTs) program. Revised rules became effective May 31, 2018. View the current regulations (Texas Administrative Code, Title 30, Part 1, Chapter 334) here.
